Welcome to Spring! By this point, you and your kids are probably getting a little stir crazy thanks to COVID-19. I have been really impressed with the way that teachers have mobilized and shared such amazing online resources. In honor of today being the first day of Spring, I want to share one of my favorite apps that I have not seen mentioned on any resource list. Take a look at seek and let's Go Outside and seek Spring while still maintaining our social distance. Remember that even when sheltering in place that the outdoors are still open.

Admit it, you signed up for Disney+ for The Mandalorian and all of the magical Pixie Dust in the Disney film archive. But now in light of the Coronavirus and the ever changing world of school closures, you are desperately searching for any and all available educational content to feed your kids' brains. Never fear, Disney+ is here! I culled through the Disney+ offerings and selected 25 films / documentaries / series that I think are worth sharing.
Be sure to stick around until the end of the list for a BONUS selection that is not currently part of Disney+! These are definitely "interesting" times. As I post this, many of you are scrambling to find some high quality content resources to share with your students during this time of COVID-19 and the uncertainty that it has brought upon us. I just wanted to try and lighten your load a bit by sharing 20 of my current favorite content resources for students. I present them to you alphabetically. As always, you should review any material before using with your students.
Please enjoy and share with anyone who you think could benefit from this list. For the past few months, I have been creating slides of some of my favorite quotes. I currently have 16 sets of these with 5 slides per set. Since it is March, I thought this would be the perfect time to get some feedback from you and to see which ones you think are the BEST. Keep in mind that BEST is a very subjective thing. It might be your favorite quote or the slide that you think that is designed the best. Whatever your criteria, I would love to see what you pick.
I wanted to close out the shortest month of the year with another round of quote dedicated to Black History Month on Curious Quotes, Points To Ponder, & Inspiring Insights. This time we have five brand new slides with quotes from Gil Scott-Heron, Nikki Giovanni, Katherine Johnson, Beyoncé, and Wiz Khalifa.
