The L.E.A.F. Model is designed to build shared understanding across the entire gifted ecosystem. Too often, learners, teachers, leaders, and families receive different messages about giftedness, learning, and expectations. L.E.A.F. addresses this by delivering the same core ideas through intentionally designed sessions for Learners, Educators, Administrators, and Families. The result is alignment, clarity, and coherence. When everyone is working from the same language and beliefs, gifted learners are better supported, misunderstandings decrease, and decisions feel more intentional. L.E.A.F. sessions can be offered individually or as a coordinated series to strengthen communication, consistency, and impact across your community.
