Nothing quite screams 20th Century Learning quite like an encyclopedia. Yet, if we look at what continues to happen in many classrooms in the 21st Century, there is still a reliance on memorization that often only serves us in the short term. Rather than emphasizing the regurgitation of facts and figures, let's have students use that information in creative ways.
