After yesterday's quote from Maya Angelou, I started really thinking about the importance of making mistakes. This will definitely be a future topic for another week to come. One of the problems that we face as adults is the belief that creativity and art are the same thing. We get confused and overwhelmed thinking that all creativity has to be BIG C Creativity and that little c creativity has no value. The same goes for BIG A Art and little a art. Ask yourself and your students, "What are the mistakes that you are making that you want to keep?"
