I LOVE QUOTES! While there is no shortage of internet sites that collect and house thousands of quotations, I find that that they are usually text based and occasionally feature images that seem to be unrelated to the subject. As an educator and speaker, I find myself spending a great deal of time designing slides with quotes on them. Honestly, I love designing slides even more than I love quotes, and if I am being really honest, designing slides is one of my favorite things to do in the whole world. It is out of this love that I want to share with you Curious Quotes, Points To Ponder, & Inspiring Insights.
Each week I will post five slides with a quotation that I have designed. You can find them in the Blog section of this site or collected here on a weekly basis. These could be used as writing prompts, conversation starters, a hook for a lesson, or even a discussion on design. I encourage you to think of how you might use these in your learning environment.
